House
With the construction and furnishing of Villa “La Sarra,” we fulfilled a long-held dream. The villa (Stazzu) is inspired by the style of old Sardinian farmhouses, the “Stazzi.” It reflects the authenticity and beauty of Sardinian culture.

About 180 sqm of living space are spread over 2 floors: the main floor and the garden floor with an apartment. This makes the house ideal for larger families, families with grandparents, or families with friends. Built in 2006, the villa is nestled in a stunning rocky landscape. From here, you enjoy wide views over the Gulf of Arzachena, the sea, and the mountains of San Pantaleo.

Main Floor
The heart of the house is the spacious living area with a dining table for 6, an open kitchen, and a nook for a home office. A hallway leads to 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Garden Floor
Here you’ll find the apartment with the 3rd bedroom—perfect for grandparents, older children, or friends who prefer their own private space.

From both floors, separate paths lead to the extensive garden with plenty of seating and lounging areas, as well as a large pool.

Living Area (Main Floor)
The large living room on the main floor invites you to relax with its seating area featuring a fireplace and a work corner. The large sliding doors fully open onto the covered terrace, harmoniously connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The open design with visible chestnut wood beams and traditional canna gives the rooms an authentic Sardinian flair. Above the living room is a cozy mezzanine perfect for resting and reading. The furnishings have been carefully and stylishly chosen to reflect the charm of Sardinia.

Behind the dining area, the well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for your culinary needs. It has direct access to the terrace with a granite outdoor sink and electric grill. From here, you get a magnificent view of the sea and far into the Sardinian hinterland.

1 further bedroom with a small bathroom on the garden floor

Apartment (Garden Floor)
From the living area on the main floor, a stone staircase leads down to the garden floor apartment. This separate, spacious apartment with a small kitchen, laundry room, private garden, and separate terrace offers plenty of privacy — all on one level.

Garden, Terrace & Pool
The large main terrace is two-thirds covered, so you’re well protected from sun and rain when cooking in the outdoor kitchen. From the terrace, you access the large garden planted with native plants. On the roughly 2-hectare property with olive trees and typical Sardinian macchia vegetation, you’ll find a large pool (17.5m long x 3.5m wide x 1.7m deep), ideal for sporty swimming and relaxing.

Thanks to the vast panorama, swimming in the pool feels like you’re floating “above the clouds.” The pool is available from early April to early November. Use at your own risk — children must NEVER be left unattended in the pool!

For pet owners: the entire property is fenced with a pasture fence, so your furry friend “shouldn’t” be able to escape.

Location
The Stazzu is set in a magnificent rocky landscape, offering wide views over the Gulf of Arzachena, the sea, and the mountains of San Pantaleo. A private road of about 1,500 m from the main street leads to our house, with driveway and electric gate.

Situated high above the sea, the location provides a refreshing breeze, especially in the warm summer months. The nature here is fascinating: birds of prey, turtles, rabbits, songbirds, and partridges can all be spotted. Despite the peaceful and secluded setting, you reach the lively surroundings with the most beautiful beaches and picturesque bays within minutes.

• For strolling and shopping with weekly markets, nice cafés, restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, as well as lovely seaside promenades and playgrounds in the towns of Cannigione, Arzachena, San Pantaleo, and Porto Cervo (the centre and harbour of Costa Smeralda).
  
• For snorkeling, diving, and surfing in picturesque bays like Liscia Ruja, Capriccioli, Mannena, Tanca Manna, Barca Bruciata, Lu Postu, Baja Sardinia.
